Reset75 vs Her 75

Her 75 is a 75-day challenge app you run with friends, English only and subscription based. See how it compares with Reset75 on tracking and price.

Disclosure: Reset75 is our app. We wrote this comparison honestly, including the places where Her 75 is the better fit. Ratings are from the US App Store and Google Play, and pricing from the US App Store, as of September 2026. What Reset75’s free version and Pro include comes from us, the developer, as of October 2026.

Quick answer

Her 75 by HER 75 has been on the US App Store since June 2025 and runs on iPhone and Android. The description says it is “the app to complete a 75-day challenge with your friends and see your friends to-do lists in real time”. Each day you log water intake and check off a to-do list you can edit. The catch is the price: the description names no free tier, only a three-price subscription. The name points at women, though the description itself does not say who the app is for.

75 Days Challenge - Reset75 is our 75-day challenge tracker, and it is for anyone. Six templates come with it: 75 Tough, 75 Soft, 75 Hotter, Glow Within, 30-Day Kickstart and Custom. Each task logs with one of six input types. It is free to download and use, with no account. The free version runs one challenge at a time, with one rescue for a missed day and 3 of the 20 themes. Optional Pro adds several challenges at once, unlimited rescues and all 20 themes.

One thing to clear up first: both listings name a “Glow Within” template and both name a “75 Soft”. They are two separate apps’ templates that happen to share a name, so wherever a template comes up below, we say whose it is.

Want friends watching your list every day? Pick Her 75. Want to set your own tasks and log numbers instead of ticks, free for one challenge at a time and with nothing to sign up for? Reset75.

Where Her 75 wins

You can see your friends’ lists as they tick them off. The description is direct about it: this is “the app to complete a 75-day challenge with your friends and see your friends to-do lists in real time”. The Reset75 listing says nothing about friends, groups, feeds or leaderboards. Reviewers name the social side as the reason they keep going: “the ability to share the experience with a friend is so motivating”. Some reviewers say the sharing does less than they hoped; one had a friend’s list that did not update on their end. The listing is the store fact; the reviews are where it gets argued with.

Its rating base is sixty times ours. Her 75 launched in June 2025 and holds 4.82 stars from 5,000 US ratings, 4,600 of them five stars. Reset75 launched in April 2026 and has 78 US ratings, too small a sample to read much into yet. If it matters to you that a lot of people used an app before you did, that difference is real, and it points their way.

Reviewers say it is good looking and easy to run. The design and layout both get a mention, as does how quickly it is picked up. Reviewers also credit it with keeping them on track. One calls it “easy to navigate while also being aesthetically pleasing”, another “super simple, easy to use, and actually keeps me accountable every single day”.

Its template list covers ground ours does not. The listing names challenges “such as” 75 Soft, 75 Medium, 75 Day Hard, Glow Within, Better Me, Sugar Free and Mental Wellness, and says you can build your own on top. Sugar Free and Mental Wellness have no equivalent in our six. Reviewers pick out both the choice and the editing. One writes that it “gives several challenge options and it also allows you to customize your challenge if none of the other options are exactly what you’re looking for”.

Where Reset75 wins

Water and weight go in as numbers. Six input types cover checkbox, counter, duration, photo, text and measurement. Water goes in as a count and weight as a measurement, with trend charts on top; a workout can be logged as a duration. Her 75 describes a to-do list you check off plus a water amount, and names no numeric, duration or photo task type at all. Reset75 also puts any two progress photos side by side and builds a timelapse video with a day counter, completed tasks and a weight chart overlaid. Photos, weight and video are absent from the Her 75 description and its version history. Some reviewers mention a board you can add photos to, but the listing does not.

No sign-up, and 39 languages. Reset75 needs no account. It works offline, and your log stays on the device. Her 75 is a synced app by design, since friends’ lists update in real time, and its privacy label lists Contact Info and User Content linked to your identity. Offline use is not stated on its listing. Reset75 is available in 39 languages; Her 75 is English only. Google Play is another place the order flips: 4.8 from 561 reviews for Reset75 against 4.2 from 5.96K reviews for Her 75.

You choose the miss rule. Strict mode restarts your count if you miss a day. Forgiving mode lets you skip and keep going. Since an August 2026 update the app confirms the strict rule before you start, and it lets you rename an active challenge or change its tasks and duration. The Her 75 listing describes no streak or restart, and no missed-day rule either. Some reviewers mention trying to pause or reset a challenge and finding it did not work.

One challenge costs nothing. Reset75 is free to download and use, with no account, and the free version runs one challenge at a time. Pro is optional: you need it only for several challenges at once, more than one rescue, or the 17 themes beyond the free three, and it starts with a 7-day free trial. Her 75’s description sets out no free tier and no trial, only three subscription prices, and the store page does not spell out what Premium unlocks. Reviewers say the app cannot be entered without subscribing; it is the most common complaint in its recent US reviews.

Pricing

  • 75 Days Challenge - Reset75 is free to download and use, with no account. The free version runs one challenge at a time, with one rescue for a missed day and 3 of the 20 themes. Pro adds several challenges at once, unlimited rescues and all 20 themes. It starts with a 7-day free trial, then costs $4.99 per week or $39.99 per year.
  • Her 75 is free to download, and the description names no free tier and no trial. The three listed purchases are Premium Weekly at $7.99, Premium Monthly at $14.99 and Premium Yearly at $49.99. What Premium unlocks is not spelled out on the store page, which is the gap reviewers keep writing about.

Run one challenge at a time and Reset75 costs $0. Her 75’s description names no free tier, and its cheapest listed plan is $7.99 a week. Several challenges at once, or more than one rescue, needs Pro, and a year on the annual plan is $39.99 with us and $49.99 with them. The shorter plans cost far more: Her 75 monthly runs to $179.88 over a year and weekly to $415.48, while weekly on Reset75 comes to $259.48. If you pay for either app, buy the year.

Which one should you pick?

Pick Her 75 if the point of the challenge is doing it with friends and seeing their lists update through the day. It is also the pick if you want a big review base behind the app, or if one of its templates matches what you had in mind, and you are fine with a subscription that has no described free tier.

Pick 75 Days Challenge - Reset75 if you want to set your own tasks and duration, or log water and weight as numbers rather than ticks. The same goes if you want photo comparison and a timelapse of your progress, a miss rule you set yourself, or an app that works offline in your language without a sign-up. One challenge at a time costs nothing; Pro is there if you want several at once.

You can try either format in the browser first: our free Glow Within tracker and 75 Soft tracker both run a full day grid with nothing to download.

Frequently asked questions

Is Her 75 free to use?

It is free to download, but the description sets out no free tier. The only pricing it gives is the Her 75 Subscription Plan, at Weekly $7.99, Monthly $14.99 and Yearly $49.99, and reviewers say the app cannot be entered without subscribing. What Premium unlocks is not spelled out on the store page. Reset75 is free to download and use, with no account. The free version runs one challenge at a time, with one rescue for a missed day and 3 of the 20 themes. Pro is optional: it adds several challenges at once, unlimited rescues and all 20 themes, with a 7-day free trial, then $4.99 per week or $39.99 per year.

Can you do a challenge with friends in Reset75?

No. Friends, groups, feeds and leaderboards are not stated anywhere in the Reset75 listing. Her 75 is the one built for that: its description says you can complete a 75-day challenge with your friends and see your friends to-do lists in real time. If shared accountability is the reason you want an app, ours does not cover it.

Is Her 75 only for women?

The name points that way, and some reviewers mention a women's community as the draw, but the store description itself names no audience and sets no requirement. Reset75 is a 75-day challenge tracker for anyone.

Both apps list a Glow Within challenge. Are they the same thing?

No. They are two separate apps' templates that happen to share a name. Reset75's Glow Within covers meditation, journaling, reading and no social media after 9pm. Her 75 names Glow Within in its template list without saying what is in it. The same goes for 75 Soft, which both listings name.

Which app is rated higher, Reset75 or Her 75?

On the US App Store, Her 75 holds 4.82 from about 5,000 ratings and Reset75 holds 4.86 from 78 ratings, so the two are not comparable samples. The order flips on Google Play, where Reset75 sits at 4.8 from 561 reviews and Her 75 at 4.2 from 5.96K reviews.

Does Her 75 track weight, photos or a timelapse?

Not per its listing. The Her 75 description covers water intake and a customisable to-do list, and names no photo, weight or video feature. Reset75 logs tasks with six input types, including a counter for water and a measurement field for weight, puts any two progress photos side by side, and builds a timelapse video from them.
